What services do you offer?

Individual portrait sessions for executives, founders, advisors, and professionals, and corporate headshot days held on site at your office. Both are fully directed from wardrobe through expression.

What does a session cost?

‍ ‍

Individual sessions are $450, $800, or $1,200 depending on session length and how many finished images you need. Corporate days are $2,500 for up to fifteen people, $5,000 for a full day up to twenty five, and $7,500 for a full day that also includes lifestyle and culture photography. Which session should I choose?

‍ ‍

Tell me where the images will be used and I will point you to the right one. A single LinkedIn headshot needs less than a conference speaker bio or a website refresh. That is what the consult is for.

How do I get started?

‍ ‍

For individual sessions, book a fifteen minute consult at giovastudio.com/bookings. For corporate teams, email gg@giovastudio.com with your team size and preferred date range and you will have a proposal the same day.

What if I am uncomfortable in front of the camera?

‍ ‍

Almost everyone says this, which is exactly why every frame is directed. You will never be asked to guess how to pose or what expression to make. We take many frames and you only need a few.

‍ ‍

What should I wear?

‍ ‍

Solid colors photograph best, and well fitting beats loose every time. Bring two or three options. You receive a full styling guide as soon as you book, and I am happy to look at outfit photos beforehand.

How quickly will I receive my images?

‍ ‍

Individual sessions are delivered within forty eight hours. Team sessions are three business days and company days are five. Rush delivery within twenty four hours is available for $100.

Where can I use the photos?

‍ ‍

Anywhere professional. LinkedIn, your website, press, speaking bios, social, print, and internal company use. Files are high resolution with a commercial licence and no usage limits.

Do you offer payment plans?

‍ ‍

A fifty percent deposit reserves your date and the balance is due on delivery. For corporate bookings, alternative schedules can be discussed before the agreement is signed.

What if I need to reschedule?

‍ ‍

Let me know at least forty eight hours ahead and we will find a new date at no charge. Your deposit transfers with you.

How far in advance should I book?

‍ ‍

Availability is limited each month, and sessions run Wednesdays and Thursdays. If your session is tied to a deadline, a launch, or a hiring round, book earlier.

‍ ‍

Do you photograph teams larger than twenty five people?

‍ ‍

Yes, quoted separately. Monthly retainers are also available for firms that onboard new hires regularly, so new people are photographed to match everyone else.
