When you inquire, book, or correspond with us, we may collect:
Name and business or firm name

Session details, including your goals for the images and any accessibility or scheduling needs you choose to share
Payment information, which is processed by our payment provider and is never stored by us

When you visit the Website we may collect IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, and time spent on each page.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages visitors find useful and how people arrive at the Website. Photographs
Photographs taken during a session are handled under your signed agreement, not under this policy. We retain copyright in all images. Your rights to use them, and any permission you give us to display them in our portfolio, are set out in your session agreement or subject release. You may withdraw portfolio permission at any time by emailing us.
Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:
Service providers who help us operate, including our payment processor, scheduling tool, gallery host, and email provider
Professional advisors such as our accountant, where necessary
Authorities, where required by law
A successor business, in the event of a sale or merger
Cookies
The Website uses cookies to function properly and, through Google Analytics, to measure traffic. You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may stop working if you do.
