General Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once a session or project has been completed. However, we are committed to addressing your concerns and will work with you to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
Deposit and Booking Fees
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This fee covers initial administrative costs and holds your date.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, the deposit is non-refundable but may be applied toward a future session if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the scheduled session date.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered only under the following circumstances:
Service Not Delivered: If Giova Studio is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, equipment failure, or emergencies), a full or partial refund will be issued.
Technical Issues: In cases where significant technical issues prevent the delivery of quality images or videos, we will offer a reshoot or partial refund based on the severity of the issue.
Client Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with the final product, we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns, including edits or retouches, before considering any refund requests.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:
Client dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences after services are delivered as agreed.
Failure to communicate necessary details, requirements, or preferences before the session or project.
Late cancellations or no-shows.
Refund Process
Submit a Request: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your final product to initiate a refund request.
Review: We will review your request and communicate with you to address your concerns.
Resolution: If eligible, refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
